When a doctor is already investigating a condition, a sequencing test may look for a genetic cause. The doctor chooses the test. This website does not.
Bring the clinician’s request to the appointment. Results can be uncertain: a variant may be found, or the report may say no explanation was found. Either outcome needs the requesting doctor, not a call-centre summary, to explain what changes.
